We collect and process personal data for the following purposes:
We process data necessary for entering into contracts and maintaining business relationships with our partners who use our services (AI solutions, ICT consulting, system integration, etc.).
For business partners that are legal entities, we collect business contact data of representatives (name, email, phone number, company, position).
For individual clients, we also process data required for invoicing (address, OIB/VAT ID, bank account information) in accordance with applicable regulations.
We process personal data of business partners (company name, contact persons, addresses, banking information) for the purposes of issuing invoices, accounting records, and tax compliance. This data is processed based on our legal obligations under Croatian tax and accounting regulations (General Tax Act, Accounting Act) and is retained for the legally mandated period of 11 years from the end of the fiscal year.
For clients under maintenance contracts, we maintain backups of various systems which may contain personal data such as phone numbers, call logs, conversation transcripts, and similar data. These systems include: IP PBX, Call Center, AI processing systems, AI assistants, and other ICT infrastructure. These backups are created for system recovery and continuity purposes and are automatically deleted after 6 months.
When you contact us through our website contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis for this processing is your consent provided when submitting the form.
We process personal data when necessary to fulfill our legal obligations in commercial law, accounting, taxation, and other applicable regulations.

Contract and business partner data is retained in accordance with accounting regulations. If retention periods are not legally defined, we keep data as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, with possible extended retention for legitimate business interests.
In accordance with Croatian law (General Tax Act, Accounting Act), accounting documents and related personal data are retained for 11 years from the end of the fiscal year to which they relate.
System backups containing telecommunications and AI processing data are automatically deleted after 6 months from the date of creation.
